Love your videos Mariah! Was wondering if you could do a video about ish pricing for your ceremony decor and such. We are going to be having a Ceremony and. Dessert party so we’d love to have an idea of what your ceremony planning was like?
Because the BEO is the outline of everything that the person hosting the event orders for the event that is given to them by the venue that the reception is taking place the reason I know this is because I have been taking the class
Did you already have your wedding and if not when is your wedding going to be? Also where are you getting tryout prices by the way I am working on a project for my Catering Management class, and I just want to double check to make sure that the prices are as accurate as possible, not only will we be presenting in front of our classmates but we will be presenting in front of managers of three different catering companies?
Hi Mariah! Your videos have been a big help. I had a quick question about reception pricing. So my fiancé and I plan to get married in Disney in 2023. And I can’t find any info about reception fee for the chosen place. Is there not a few due to the food or is there a separate fee for a reception venue like there is for a ceremony venue. Thank you in advance!
Hi, this video was very helpful! I do have a question about food, are we able to bring in outside food for our reception instead of Disney buffet/table?
HI priscilla! Thanks so much for watching! Unfortunately disney doesn't allow any outside catering or bakeries. We have finally been able to move forward with our wedding re planning process so I will have some new videos coming soon!
You have to and she has a Disney fairytale podcast. You will just alone c ut down your drink package. She has a book with built-in budget sheets that add in tax gratitude charges and tax on top of that. She also lists tons of cool and unique ideas Disney doesn't tell you. One thing I did and the wedding didn't end up happening in Disney and not because of expense it was more here in new york and I had to invite people I wouldn't have invited to a destination was I didn't order the service meals I paid for their meal and they got what everyone else got minus drinks it went a long way. We also really didn't do the bridesmaids and groomsmen presents. First I come from a big family i didn't want to pressure anyone, I had 2 but what we did do is experiences as a thank you for helping. People get things and they just accumulate we did a private yaught that sailed around new york city with dinner. When we were thinking of Disney my husband was planning on taking the guys out to the void and drinks i was going to take my friends and treat them to the painting class they run. We also were planning on taking a nice size group to hoopdy doo. We found similar things to do here, we also took our parents out to a nice lunch as a thank you for helping chip in for the wedding. If you do a theme park reception you can do a ridd mix in for $10 a person good luck
Wait what is the 20% gratuity for also I also have to price that out too I actually have to do a little bit of math and we’ll add everything up at the end but I also have to calculate the gratuity into the cost
@@MariahLauren no thank you!!! This has been so helpful and informative. Your videos have given me so much relief in knowing I can do this. I hope we get to see some of your actual wedding ❤. Many blessings to you and your family!
You’ve been helping me so much ! I’m much calmer with the sticker shock lol. I can’t wait to start planning!
Thank you for telling us how much the DJ is I had so much trouble finding that to be honest
I had no idea that the Norway Loft was a thing too unless it is only used for wedding receptions which is most likely why I have never been there
Now that I think about it I believe that is exactly what the textbook for my Catering Management class said
I like the buffet idea that you are going with especially since its cheaper than the brunch pricing I saw.
Thank you for sharing very informative. I am looking forward to any videos regarding your wedding planning journey. Take care
Love your videos. We are thinking about a disney wedding and these have been super informative!
Thank you so much for your support! I will have some more Disney wedding videos up soon! Hope you have a wonderful day!

What ?
Nevermind the BEO is actually the best place to get the most accurate prices

Buffets are more informal and fun and it gets people up and moving
