Warrior is not a soft song on the album, it has percussion that sounds like a war or like drums on a viking ship. This is a special soft performance.
I recommend watching Warrior - Stripped (Vevo UK Lift), which is actually not stripped, but is the full song like on the album, it was just performed on a Vevo session with another stripped song, so it is named kind of incorrectly.
To quote Aurora when asked why she calls her fans Warriors and Weirdos, "I think a Warrior is a great thing to remind people to call themselves. Especially those who feel very weak in life for they must fight every day, and at every little thing." This is one of the many that really hits me hard, especially this performance since I first watched it. Her music reaches right into your heart and being... It's almost as if somehow she is slowly healing you, comforting, and guiding you through the pain to see the happiness that's waiting for you, no matter how dark it is right now. It's been a godsend to my life since I discovered her music and continues to be. I still hear and learn new things the more I listen.
I see that some have mentioned some of the aspects of this Haik documentary...but the culmination of this day was a performance in the forest with band and choir.
This little private setting was a surprise for Aurora and her two fans. This day was a day full of fun surprises for Aurora. She only met the musicians a few minutes before the performance, obviously, they had rehearsed it together before meeting her, so, she had enough time to get this masterpiece down. She was really excited to meet the woman on that keyboard(?), she told her she had been wanting to contact her but didn't know how. Lovely reaction, more Aurora please

Instrument is a Japanese Koto. Aurora had just met these other musicians an hour or so earlier. Her friend dropped her off and she had an hour to rehearse while her friend went to get the two young girls. Aurora had no idea who the audience would be. The two girls had struggles in their lives and used Aurora’s music as an inspiration to help them through tough times. They did not know who they were going to meet. Magic ensued.
Isn't that the most beautiful video? It's one of my favorite videos of her. The energy would have been absolfreakinglutley insane. And the instrument is a Guzheng. I've been looking to get one, but they can be pretty pricey.
The young lady in the green jumper had never been to a concert of any type before this. She then went to the concert that is at the end of the HAIK programme as well. What an introduction to live music, watching Aurora twice on the same day. Also, Aurora only met these musicians an hour before this scene to practice. The performance is a testament to their skills as well as Aurora's. Aurora delivers brilliance in all her performances, regardless of the size of the audience or whether see can see them or not (check out some of Aurora's streams from her home that she posts on various social media here on RUclips)
The amazing thing about Aurora and you will find this out for yourselves on your journey with her is how she can perform the same song and create a totally different atmosphere around the songs,this particular song Warrior is so different when you hear her fans singing along at her concerts it’s kind of our anthem and trust me I’ve seen her live 3 times and when warrior is sung by her fans (warriors) it’s goosebump time and you see Aurora in a totally different mood as she leads everyone.check out her concert in Paris you will enjoy a more upbeat Warrior with her amazing Warriors singing along.❤️

You wouldn't know it from this performance but "warrior" is usually a power song, complete with a tribal beat that pounds throughout the song, but hear she manages to not focus on the Warrior but instead the love part. What a beautiful performance.

Great reaction guys! Her breathiness is like a soft wind in the summer evening magical together with the fireflies. It´s like a loving hug. My favorite performance of this song
2:33 Oh I feel you there.... And I think the blonde girl in the white shirt was feeling a bit of that. While the darker haired girl was just meeting Aurora's gaze head on and feeling it.
I'm not the sort of person to get starstruck at all. I can't imagine being truly nervous or weird around a mere other person. But if I met Aurora? My god....I honestly don't know how I'd handle that. I feel like I might just ugly cry and profusely thank her for existing, and then feel very awkward after it was over...wondering if I came across too strongly or something.
She just means too much to me for it to be a truly normal interaction. But I'd try to hold it together and play it cool lol.
You should check out a completely different version of that song. Live in Paris. (A bit bad sound but that is not the point). You will love it.

the girl in the green sweater had never been to any concerts before that day. Another amazing thing is Aurora had just been introduced to those musicians any given short notice to practice the song. The entire documentary, Haik, is worth watching.

You two really let her music touch you. Her singing interaction with her audience (Be it live or recorded) is like she takes your soul, nurture it with her truths and put it back in a better way than it was. It is so clear in this situation when she obviously shakes the green sweater girl’s world, identifies what she has done and puts an extra layer of spiritual balsam on her.
Same as with everyone when she sings “Infections …” in the forest. She stirs up your inner world and then the finishing words “This is the breath” reverberates in all listeners for a very long time. The first time I heard it I just sat silent afterwards…

You know, this is probably my favorite version of this song. It's crazy that it was performed for only two fans, because it felt like it could have been being performed for a stadium of people, because Aurora was giving it everything she had. She never just goes through the motions!
It's interesting that you were talking about if you'd be able to even make eye contact. You may have noticed the girl in white was looking down a lot towards the end. I don't think it was because she was intimidated, though. I think she was just trying to control her emotions.
Aurora really does give 100% of her with every performance! I(Jess) would be the same as the girl in white. There would be so many emotions, I wouldn't know what to do with myself! 💜
Just stunning, isn't she? You should check out privately (for... your own sake?🙂), two other versions of this same song: the one from the Honda Stage, and the one from Paste Studios 2018 (a "heavy" version, and a "funny" one). I wished to give you links, but RUclips seems to be in a bad mood about it today.☹
Anyway, Aurora's ability to convey her emotions here is as astounding as always, and her voice,... her voice...🙃it seems that the more intimate the venue is, the more powerful her magic is.

Yea i would love to be on such intimate performance but in the some time I imagine I would probably was in some shock ;). But for sure I would like to be on such performance :). And this was a part of HAIK documentary and it was also a surprise for these 2 young fans and in some way to Aurora too as she was told about it not long before this performance and she performed with other musicians which she did not play and they had only some unspecified but short time to prepare before this 2 fans arrived:).

The instrument is an ancient Chinese plucked-string instrument called a Guzheng. It sounds amazing in this performance :)

I was actually in Aurora’s concert last year and it felt like out of this world, it was so magical!✨ Aurora actually made eye connection with me couple times in there, it was really easy to look at her eyes, even if you were crying, because the look in her eyes gives you really warm feeling and you know that she is accepting you as you are!🥹❤️
I will see her again after 10 days and I can’t wait, it will be amazing!🤩🥰
This performance was part of the documentary that took place before the Haik concert. The two fans were also later at this concert. As I said, it would be worth checking out.

Thank you for the lovely reaction! This is part of the Haik Documentary on Aurora, which I highly recommend you watch in its entirety. The two young girls were indeed fans who thought they would be going to see an Aurora Concert (which they did later on) but they had no idea they had been chosen for this intimate performance - Aurora had no idea she would be doing this either until a short while before. In the documentary you can see her turn to the musicians - who she had only just met - and said to them - "you were so good".
After, she spent some time talking with the two young ladies - a truly exceptional person Miss Aurora!
i think you'd find "Running With The Wolves" live at the Pandora Sessions and "Potion for Love" Vevo live session wonderful to react to.

You can see Aurora ad libs parts of the phrases she did not know. The other singer has the words written down on the paper. An outstanding job on a song they barely knew.
