These guys are called the Maoli and fiji is another artist from from fiji but he resided in Hawaii for a long time. It's island reggae miz with country. Check out their songs and fijis leaving with me.

See we grew up country. Parker Ranch was once the largest owned Ranch in Hawaii( big island). They brought Mexicans from Mexico to teach our Hawaiians how to ride horses. They are called Paniolo's. So singing country is common for us...

Yuss. He uses the Armagideon riddim. (The brass, drums, bass and keys). Love my Pacific brothers. Jamaica went through a country reggae phase in the 70's due to being able to cheaply access American wild west movies. So the pedigree is there.

these are all our local artists from hawaii. its nice now days our artists are getting more exposure to the world. we grew up with reggae and adopted it and made our island music. maoli is our biggest artists at the moment and fiji is the OG and legend hawaii artist. he sang in the background

Honestly, while his voice is worthy of someone named "Marley"...just wearing that shirt (and, okay, a bit of slide guitar) doesn't really make this seem less than 100% reggae. For people from that area of the world going full country, though, I present Cakra Khan doing Chris Stapleton's "Tennessee Whiskey". Like, *really* doing it. I'm not sure how "Cakra" is pronounced, but in my head I just call him "Joe Cocker-a Khan" anyway. A brief listen will tell you why.
