The heat and wind are back today, but it's much less depressing after almost 3" of rain the past two days in SE Kansas!! The beans will love the heat anyway.
Southeastern most part of Illinois been quite dry. Not confident enough to plant my oats/radishes for deer with this storm system either. Hopefully something changes the first week of September
Can you guys comment on the colder than average waters in the north Bering and how this area is "sucking" low after low after low into Western Alaska? Many watersheds in this area are 4-5 times above the August average.
Matt is moving away from doing the videos for the West for a while. He is focused on finishing a project for our team right now while he travels and speaks on weather risk. I apologize that we had to pull back on those videos for the time being.

It feels like the last 3 summers have taken on mid- or late-summer heat and focused it on Texas (after wet springs). I wish I could change it up and more equitably distribute that rain and temperature pattern throughout the year.
@@Nutrien_AgSolutions i know appreciate all that you do… in 2018 we had a horrible late summer we had 100 degree days in late sept early august so as long as we don’t get that I’m good ☺️

We got 1.25", need alot more but thankful for what i got. It was biggest rain since mid-June
