Recipe is good.
But vho hum order dete hai to professional vesse ghar ne nai bana sakte.
Reason vho log high commercial gas stove use karte hai or else coal, woods jisse fire ka heat bohot high hota hai jisse bunai bohot accha hota hai.
Plus unke pas vho vessels hota hai (bartan) vho heavy duty thick hota hai which can handle that high heat.
Therefore vho taste ghar pe nai milega even same to same copy karne k badh b.
Same taste chahiye tho unka set up copy karna pare ga which means heavy duty thick vessel, commercial gas stove or wood use karna parega while cooking.
