- Hey everyone, I’m officially back on RUclips!!
It really has been a HOT min! I thought I’ll grace you guys back with my presence on here with a home tour video.
I am hoping this video will give anyone looking to do some work to their space inspiration!
I absolutely love watching home tour video’s and hoping this can be of some aid for you too, whether you’re a first-time buyer like myself, love interior décor, or looking to do some renovation work for your investment properties….!!
Apologies for the number of times I said, “I absolutely love” and “I am happy” I found it cringe myself it watching back, however ignore my sheer excitement and hopefully you can relate!!
I am officially back on RUclips and I do plan to share videos on beauty, fashion and lifestyle. As you can see, I have been busy, but there is no excuse for me being missing on here! I am really excited to be back and based on the many changes in my life, I look forward to sharing my journey here with you all on my channel now named ‘Officially Mo’s Space’

Definitely keep the mirror downstairs, as an idea with your daughters room you could get someone to build a wardrobe design that uses the box in the corner that way she has somewhere to hang clothes and the inner box becomes a shelf inside the the wardrobe
Oh thanks, I’ll be keeping the mirror there! I do love it there, just thought black frame may go more with the colour scheme! As for the wardrobe idea, you’re right! So many people have said I build a custom wardrobe on the box in the room! I think that’s what’s I’m gonna have to do! So the back wall can stand out! Thank you!! 💕

Your home is beautiful. The mirror in the dining area is very nice in that corner. particularly love the mirror in the hallway. The mirrors, flooring and everything in your home flows nicely together. Love it. ❤

Love the mirror splashback in the kitchen and i like that you whlent with an arch mirror in dining goes with the shapes in the artwork, maybe black would work better if youve got absolutely no brass/gold but the shape has the relation so works to a degree. Also, love your layout/floorplan.

In your daughters room you can add a built-in wardrobe in that empty carpeted area to the left of the door by the lift switch.

Just a thought - in your daughter's room, u can build a custom wardrobe on top of the stairs box.
Beautiful sis. Congrats 👏. I would like to suggest that you consider putting some stick or pillar candles on some spaces especially in the study room and some of the space by the telly...just a suggestion but your home looks perfect. Well done 👏

Aww thank you! The doors were custom made! I changed the doors on the wardrobe. But still have the frame of the previous wardrobes! 💕

If you choose a flooring that has a pattern and it’s flowing throughout you really have to let them know the direction majority of builders would’ve put it the other way I would’ve had them pull it all up 😮 also if your going for the privacy windows and front door it will flood light in and you will love it once you swap the size and layout of your sofa the rug size might work I’ve got danetti sofas they are beautiful robust wash well literally used a vax platinum carpet cleaner on them and there immaculate definitely buying dining chairs from there as for lvt flooring it’s waterproof can be used with underfloor heating no grout issues and is durable especially with kids you can probably colour match your kitchen and get a professional in to spray them or wrap them
Honestly! I was so annoyed! Like you said, most builders would have known this! It was too many things happening at once, so didn’t get the chance to provide that detail and by the time I had realised it was just too late! Thanks for the tips! 💕
