    If there’s one dish that never gets old, it’s definitely hummus. Hummus is so versatile-you can combine it with lots of vegetables and other ingredients. Hummus comes in many variations, but to me, the classic recipe is the tastiest. Today, I’m sharing a delicious and unique recipe for green beans on a bed of hummus. Let’s make this recipe together, and I’m sure you’ll love it and make it again and again.
    🌱 Ingredients for the green beans:
    250g green beans
    1 medium carrot
    1/2 bell pepper
    6 cherry tomatoes
    2 cloves of garlic
    oil for frying
    salt
    1 tsp paprika
    🌱 Ingredients for the Hummus:
    2 onions
    salt
    olive oil
    3 cloves of garlic (if you don’t like a strong garlic flavor, add only 1 clove)
    2 ice cubes
    2 tbsp lemon juice
    4 tbsp tahini
    3 tbsp olive oil
    1 tsp salt
    Bake onions in a preheated oven at 400°F (200°C) for 25 minutes.
