Honestly, my favorite unit for The Boss is Qiyana in the Duelist comp. You put her first so she procs The Boss, and she just goes NUTS.
I tried it with Kindred as well, but she's too safe, and jumps back. Kayn also goes ham, as he likes attack speed.
