Sad to see such a historical and big club like Ajax in such a big messs as they are ! Won’t forget that 18/19 campaign
They'll be back. They're in a better position than we Villa were and we are on our journey back. I have also been impressed with a number of their players and their fans are incredible, and thr fact that their management had the foresight to bring Henderson is a master stroke. Lastly, I wish Ajax well, one of the great European clubs. It was such an honour to host them at Villa Park and to play them.

Because they have a good working relationship, Hendo's clearly a good leader and has usually turned up for England. It's never just about club form when it comes to internationals.

He wastes a spot that someone like Mainoo, Ward-Prowse, Barkley could have, he really doesn’t need to be there, especially when the squad announced is just for 2 warmup friendlies 🤦♂️
