Judging by the specs and appearance of this o/u, i think it's probably the best offering from ATA for anyone looking for a sporter. Should be very popular, look out Yildiz.
Bought an ATA 686SE for casual shooting about 12 years ago now and it's still shooting like new. Have been thinking recently of passing my ATA on to my teenage son and purchasing a Beretta Silver Pigeon 1 to replace it. Really starting to question the extra expense of a Beretta now, I'm completely stoked with the ATA 686SE and the ATA Pro 12 looks like everything I need and more at a much better price point. Thanks for the RUclips vid.
A very good comprehensive review and the gun is incredible value for what is on offer. The 18.4 bore is surprising, given that most use of the gun will be with plastic wad cartridges and Brownings are usually 18.7 and Beretta 18.6 for less recoil.
The £400 is very much worth it in my opinion. The Pro 12 offers a lot more than previous models and with the adjustments you can make with this gun it will allow the shooter to keep this gun for many years. 😊
The gun has 27% less recoil than previous ATA models. We have not personally shot one yet but we are hoping for a demonstration model in the near future for customers to try 😊
They are 100% back-bored barrels and the bore size is measured at 18.4 however because of the elongated forcing cones this may be that only the fraction of the barrel bore is 18.4, similar to the the technique used in the Beretta DT11 barrels 😊
Yes, we have a 28-inch ATA in the Arab countries. It is a beautiful pistol. It is sufficient for Beretta and others. Beretta Benelli, Braunck and Winchester. Expensive prices. Turkish manufacture. It is very good. Reasonable prices.
Its hard to compare the 694 to the Pro 12 the reason being is there two totally different guns, one is a entry level competition shotgun that is affordable and designed to show people that have a budget what a competition gun is about, the other (Beretta 694) has been developed over many years and has one specific job, to win, Beretta has competition pedigree and that is shown in the 694, the barrel technology is far superior, the choking technology is better, the ergonomics of the stock has been specifically designed, it would be an unfair comparison, however both guns are excellent in the category’s they fall into and we hope to see the ATA Pro 12 evolve into what could be one day a pedigree competition gun. I hope this helps! 😊
Hi Premier Guns. My name is Lazhar, I am from Algeria and Iliked this very much, especially SP Skeet. After I submitted an application for an import license to the relevant departments, they asked me for a technical card for the type of weapon I wanted to buy, signed and certified by the manufacturer. That's why I want to know the following: Do you offer your customers this technical card? how much does it cost ? How do I pay for this service? I know it's a lot to ask but if you help, promise I will make it worth to you. Lazhar. Thanks is advance.
We don't do any technical cards, we would take payment over the phone or email then we would import the gun once receiving and completing the relevant paperwork and licenses to an RFD in the country of choice, hope this helps!
Can I ask why it’s a deal breaker? I’ve applied for my licence and was/am interested in this gun as my first, why would the barrel selector make a difference?
Because you cannot select over or under barrel. As I shoot quarter & half chokes , you need to be able to select them for near and far targets. Hope I've explained this simply.
That's a hell of a lot of kit for the money. It will be interesting to see how it shoots and what the trigger pulls are like.

Browning are far better
Is the £400 cost above the standard ATA SP worth it for someone buying their first shotgun? Any advice appreciated, thanks.

Turkish response for 694? Could you please compare these two shotguns, I think you would gain a lot of views 😊

The price is cheaper than the standard Silver Pigeon 1 )
Yes the price of a silver pigeon one is £1775 and the Pro 12 is £1100 (adjustable)
No barrel selector ...sorry but that's a deal breaker for me
I will stick with my brownings
@@Jolly56Roger definitely so will I sir !

Oh ok so it’s to do with the type of shooting
You do and targets being different, thank you for taking the time to explain, really appreciate it.
