To anyone having trouble installing the update and DLC, I finally got it working by using CEMU 2.0, I didn't need to use the "install game, update or DLC" button which wouldn't work for me, I just put the game, DLC, and update folder inside the game path folder which is under Options>General Settings>Game paths>Add

Quick Tip to everyone! In the video where he's explaining how to setup your controller, and tells you to select the Pro Controller, DO NOT DO THIS!!! Set it to Wii U GamePad. Some Puzzles Shrines in BOTW require motion controls, and having this set to Pro Controller and not Wii U GamePad will disable the motion controls in the game entirely. Thank you ArdentVision for this tutorial, im already about 20 hours in in the past 3 days since watching your vid!

Got to thank you for this useful tutorial video. At the end of last year I got BOTW running on my PC at 4K 60FPS after playing with the settings, but after not using CEMU for a couple of months I found that the performance had not been as smooth as before. But after watching your video I was able to get the game running beautifully at 4K 60FPS once again. I can now finish the journey that I never completed back in 2017 on the Wii U. Got TOTK on Switch but after seeing how beautiful BOTW looks on PC there is no way I can stomach the low-framerate & blurry mess that it's on the Switch.
I really appreciate this clear explanation, I have dreamed of this day for so long. Finally got a nice PC recently, but I was intimidated about doing this, with all the talk of Nintendo cracking down on emulators, etc. Today I was easily able to get BoTW installed, modded and running at 4k/120fps. It's absolutely insane, I don't know how I'm going to concentrate on anything else for the next 6 months or so. Thank you!!!

For people wondering why the files for update/DLC arent showing when you go to select them, (I'm assuming this is new to newer versions of cemu) it now asks you to select the folder the file is in instead of the file itself.
I've no doubt that this is a wonderful tutorial. However, I did lose track of what was going on at about 15 minutes. But he is clear, easy to understand, and a really good tutorial guy!

Great tutorial, though some constructive criticism. It'd be better to not rely on us to watch another channels tutorials or videos. Swashed had his video taken down so I (and I'm assuming others) had to go on a wild goose chase to find some important information to actually get it all working.
Being able to play it at this resolution may actually get me to try out BotW and TotK. I've never tried it because the stock graphics look like 480p from 10+ years ago.

if you are having the missing file problem on update, just change the name of the file to anything, i put ''zelda update'' and worked

if the update isn't installing try renaming the botw update folder (not the meta folder), that worked for me

I got 200 fps on my i9 CPU 6 GHz, DDR5, Ada 4090 in fullHD with maximum settings from emulator (reflection, AA, Shadows, etc).
