소리꾼 (Sori 소리 = Sound/Music and gkkun 꾼 = roughly means adept or master) is a storyteller + singer + performer. 소리꾼 performs with 고수 (gosoo) who provides the beats (traditional drum) for the performance as well as some timely ad libs. The performance is a mix of what I feel is old school traditional Korean "SOUL" singing + narration which meshes with beats from 고수's drums and utilizes much rhyme (I consider it basically Korean traditional rap in storytelling form). Last part of performance is 소리꾼's gestures and rhythmical movements (may be considered a dance but definitely not any modern form of dance and probably more of a intricate/complex gesturing) that are appropriate toward effective storytelling. Not much difference really compared with western music - just old, traditional and different take on soul singing and rapping and dancing kinda lol...

I do not understand what meaning you are talking about, because Go live and Noesy are pretty different. God's menu talks about the creative process and the ability of SKZ to write different music, and Go live shows different sides of the group like a real menu. Thunderous is dedicated to the theme of the hate that the music of SKZ receives since Side effects. So Noesy's album is about self-acceptance. They accept that their music is noisy, and that not everyone likes it. This is evidenced by the title track and some b-sides like Cheese and Domino.

Didn’t mean to confuse! Totally a Stay, and a recent atiny- if it is Hingjoon’s giggle, that would be awesome! They were so great together on Kingdom it wouldn’t surprise me that they included it.
First, the song is beautiful. And the fact that StrayKids made their title track themselves and later arranged it with Versachoi, is the least to say impressive. Second, I say this as I watched the MV for about 50 times, it leaves a lingering feeling, like the song is hype, but why do I feel like it's just the beginning? Like there's still a story they didn't tell, not just because of the MV, but the song itself. It feels like they are telling us a story through the song, but at the same time the song is telling us that someone want to tell us a story? Haha? If that makes any sense? I can't with these kids, they are damn genius and the emotional kind of genius. Sometimes you need to see the meaning behind a song with your brain, but if it's StrayKids... your feelings are invested as well? Haaaaah :') I'll forever be a fan of theirs
Fwiw, the second bit that Changbin does in the first verse (where he has the fan) is, according to multiple Korean reactors/fans, clearly identifiable as him doing a slightly modernized version of a 소리꾼's form of performing in 판소리. Even the fan he's holding there is significant, as apparently 소리꾼 use their fans to indicate/punctuate things like beat switches. Also, when the guys form their two lions in the final dance section, even the bit with Changbin and Hyunjin riding on the backs of the "lions" is significant, as riding on the back of the lion during some lion dances grants various benefits (mostly to do with health and longevity) to the riders (usually kids). And I'm sure you can hear where they've used multiple traditional Korean instruments in the music itself. Basically, they went all out to include a wealth of cultural details in this, and I love it. You really do have to watch it multiple times to have any hope of catching all the details, both cultural and general.

KPOP songs and MVs usually have so many hidden meanings well not really hidden but as you learn more about Korean culture you start picking up on so many things which makes many phrases, outfits and/or gestures mean way more than us westerners pick up on or understand at first but once these little Easter eggs become more evident you learn the deep meanings behind so many things and the true appreciation for lyrics and MVs begins. Just like Daechwita for example. That song and MV are DEEP! Anyways, SKZ BROUGHT THE HEAT!!! Production is insane!!! Choreo is BADASS!!! Wardrobe is WICKED!!! Plus this song HITS!!!
