I was at this performance. What a great thing to hear after all this time. It wasn't a dream! The only time I've seen them. It was after the Italian fiasco. Is this really with 'borrowed gear'? If so, Jackson and Banton must've worked overtime to customise their extreme requirements for each of their instruments. A highlight of my youth, as a lone VdGG fan from Sydney (an ex-Scot), living in London 75-77. Thanks for posting this.
Just Amazing ! WOW ! I am exhausted ! And the set list is perfect ! Txs , i never heard that one ! even if i have Fragments out of time and all the boots from that period !
Excellent. Perfect set list and from a time when they were all firing. Hammill is God...was painted on the tour van....not far from the truth for me...
,great find great post ,thanks to poster boy, was looking for concerts from this year ;and suddenly after so mush time somebody has found some ,from where heaven only knows;so perhaps some more info on history of recordings please??
Okay so most of these recordings I've came across have little to no info. Nothing about who recorded it, equipment, about the concert itself. I've found them on soulseek, and uploaded the ones that are worth listening. Some are just really bad, to the point of being unrecognizable. This is my favorite from van der graaf, it's a great performance and great setlist. Also I'm a girl so no boy here lol

Thanks for this. Hammill sounds like he's been let out from somewhere - I've never heard him do Undercover Man so full-throatedly before.
Yes!! Even for Petet Hammill standards he is really energic here
And a wonderful setlist too
