In this tutorial we'll finally take on Substance Painter and create the textures for the martian gun model we made in the last video. Then we're gonna take the textures we creates and import them into Octane! Then next video we'll do the same thing but importing it into...Redshift! Come on now, Redshift is getting just as much love as Octane.

Just noticed there's a random red rectangle line and a random text popping saying something about rotation with a gradient, pls kindly ignore them, they are layers from previous tutorials that I forgot to remove. I'll do a better job next time promise
Just awesome. I couldn't found even half of the value of this single tut from all others in total that I have seen before. Thanx!
I'm here for you SlayeRFCSM
This is exactly what I wanted to see. Substance to Octane goodness. One thing that kills me every time is how good things look with Iray in Substance and the extra work needed in Octane to get it to the same level. Oh well...
You know, I never really even use the Iray engine, I just jump straight to Octane, and yes there are some adjustments to make but that's why I made this video to show that it's ok for things to get lost on the way between the two programs and how to manage it
Glad you are back making heat ❤
Hey, never left buddy!

I know right? One of the reasons I fell in love with Substance
