There's a video like this one, with the same music and storyline a few years ago named "Lotus Petal" I see they have made a change in the style here, and I say I like it. Btw. What shown in this music video, though visually and vocally beautiful, is, in the same time, sad. As it shown how Byakuren's ideology is, how she was betrayed by human, which resulted in her sealing, and how she was dissappointed by the fact that human now aren't different from back then.

You can really see the improvement though. Thought the song was awesome several years ago, still is awesome today.

もともと慕ってた命蓮って言う兄が寿命で死んで
死を恐れた白蓮が魔法（妖力）を使って不老不死になって、最初は自分の妖力維持の為に妖怪助けてたんだけど、実は妖怪も人間からかなり不当な扱いされてたんだよね
だから本当に妖怪を守る気持ちが出てきたけど、白蓮が妖怪を助けてるって知った人間達が魔界に封印するんだよなぁ
