Meeting Free Days Don't Work! But here's what does!

- There are arguments mainly for and a few against implementing 'Meeting Free Days' , they say you should implement them implement them in your company to help you increase productivity... however, I feel like everyone is just following a trend without even thinking about it. My take on this 'trend' is that it doesn't work... and in this video... I plan to show you why and I will also give you tips of what may work for you instead.
Agree with you. Issue is having non productive meetings. Some meetings should be an email or a quick chat/phone call

Some roles are not appropriate for an open office set up. CEO, HR, etc. They can always have an open door policy in their office if they want
I totally agree... as an EA to a CEO, it's really hard to have a private conversation about something that's going on in the company because that would mean your Executive will need to book a meeting room in order to tell you about it, instead of just calling you into their office.. so in an open office situation, you get pushed out of a loop which you should know about. It's extremely frustrating.
