The human ability to domesticate anything is truly a sight to behold.
The thing is that is not domesticated. Even if it were hand-reared and therefore unable to be placed in the wild, it is still a wild animal with instincts. We have not bred those instincts out. So you can't say that it is domesticated as per the definition it is not domesticated. Just an odd bond between two species that I hope, for the recorders sake, doesn't fade.

The only reason huge dogs and cats do not is because they are domestic but crocodiles cannot be tamed.
