May the Lord return!! Amen. God is merciful. He always forgives. Never be ashamed to take your failures to him. He is for you, not against you! God is with you in the storm. He knows your troubles, he hears you! He is for you, on your side, always! It may feel silent at times, but he’s holding you close! May the Lord return soon! We are drawing closer. He is coming! Believe and trust in the Lord, you will be saved. Period. May the Lord bless you all! Hang in there family. Stay strong. It is not easy following the Lord. We are scoffed at. We give up our earthly dreams, our fleshly desires. What the enemy offers is short lived, but heaven is forever! Life may seem or be unfair, but God is with you! Always remember that. Things may get better or worse for you, but a kingdom awaits you! Finish the race! Repent daily and carry your cross. This world is fading fast. Your troubles are temporary! New channel here, I’d appreciate any kind of support. Don’t give up! God loves you so much! So do I. The Lord bless you!

I thank God for this. This was on my mind just yesterday night as I was meditating, and especially 4:16. Colossians 1:16 was also part of my meditation, in the realization that God has done absolutely everything on earth and in heaven, since the beginning of time, for the sake of Christ, and those who are in Christ, whom God foreknew before the foundation of the world, and created in Jesus Christ that they may walk in the good works that He prepared for them, and also inherit His kingdom.
And with this realization also came the realization that absolutely no commandments given to man are for God’s sake, or for their own sake, but for man's sake (e.g. man was not made for the Sabbath but the Sabbath for man). In other words, God has only commanded us to do the things that are good for us, and that benefit us, only forbidding what is harmful and deadly. Yes, keeping God's commandments does glorify Him, but the commandments themselves are meant to benefit man.
I was thinking about the first commandment in Eden as an example. Did you know that Adam was allowed to eat from the tree of life? Yes, in the middle of the garden, God planted both the tree of knowledge of good and evil, and the tree of life. And then what did God tell Adam? That he may eat of all the trees in the garden except for the tree of knowledge of good and evil, for eating from that tree would kill him. So Adam was allowed to eat from the tree of life, but he didn't. Perhaps he saw the commandment as a burden that he forgot that he was actually allowed to eat from the tree of life, and instead remembered the commandment as "God has said that we may not eat from the tree 𝙞𝙣 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙢𝙞𝙙𝙙𝙡𝙚 𝙤𝙛 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙜𝙖𝙧𝙙𝙚𝙣, nor touch it". So he initially set out to avoid the tree of knowledge of good and evil, but ended up avoiding also the tree of life.
Sometimes, in fighting sin, we end up also fighting righteousness. A good example is the Pharisees and synagogue leader who criticized and condemned Jesus for healing on the Sabbath, even though Jesus could not have been able to do anything if it was not for God.
And we even see an example of people inheriting this kind of attitude in the prophecy in 1 Timothy 4:1-3:
"Now the Spirit expressly says that in later times some will depart from the faith by devoting themselves to deceitful spirits and teachings of demons, through the insincerity of liars whose consciences are seared, who forbid marriage and require abstinence from foods that God created to be received with thanksgiving by those who believe and know the truth."
    1 Timothy 4:1‭-‬3 ESV
My conclusion was this: if we approach the commandments of God as burdens (as works) from a taskmaster, we will miss all the good that is supposed to come out of them. But if we keep, guard and cherish them as instructions from a wise and loving Father (in faith), who is looking out for our best interests, we will eventually see all the good that was meant by them, and rejoice with thanksgiving for having been loved and cared for this much by God.

Christianity began as sun worship, the stories about Jesus are symbolic.
He is just a personification of the sun, made into a god figure later on.
The sun "dies" for 3 days on December 22nd, the winter solstice, when it stops its movement south, to be born again or resurrected on December 25th, when it resumes its movement north.
In some areas, the calendar originally began in the constellation of Virgo, and the sun would therefore be "born of a Virgin"
The sun rising in the morning is "the saviour of mankind"
The sun is "The light of the World"
The sun "walks on water" is just the reflection of the sun on water/the sea.
"He cometh on clouds, and every eye shall see him", is just sun rays.
Jesus' "crown of thorns" is just the sun's glare, also know as a halo.
The sun's "followers", "helpers" or "disciples" are the 12 months and the 12 signs of the zodiac or constellations, through which the sun must pass.
The sun at 12 noon is in the house or temple of the "Most High": thus.."he" begins "his Father's work" at "age" 12.
The sun enters into each sign of the zodiac at 30 degrees, hense, the "Sun of God" begins his ministry at "age" 30.
The sun is hung on a cross or "crucified", which represents its passing through the equinoxes.
The vernal equinox being Easter, at which time it is then resurrected.
The reason why saviour myths are so similar with a godman who is crucified and resurrected, who does miracles and has 12 disciples, is that these stories were based on the movements of the sun through the heavens, an astrotheological development that can be found throughout the planet, because the sun and the 12 zodiac signs can be observed around the globe.
In other words, Jesus Christ and all the others upon whom this character is predicated are personifications of the sun, and the Gospel fable is merely a rehash of a mythological formula revolving around the movements of the sun through the heavens..

Henry Odera wow. This is so on point. If I have ever been spoke to about Adams availability also to the tree of life, I will not forget it. You have such a great point about the avoiding sin and avoiding righteousness viewpoint. I have recently came upon the words that a person should not be "so heavenly minded, that it makes someone no earthly good." And It seems the two subjects are very relatable if not very close to being the same. Obviously if someone is no earthly good then how can one reach the full benefits of righteousness because when we give our lives to him while in this earth that becomes our most Important job..to Love others so as to lead them to the Savior through shining his love for Us. Our Love for him, is really a gift to us...really isn't that something God is so mysteriously, fearfully and wonderfully made....we receive all of the benefits just because we make a decision to Trust him. The fruit the gifts... Goes back to the Word. Nothing was made that was not made..which now I realize lines up with Colossians 1:16. What a beautiful thing. Continually trying to understand scripture and God is so helpful.

"The Majesty of Christ - and the Micro-Level of Our Lives"
Kind Sir...as I listened to you on your video...it made me believe you believe that John Calvin was 100% true; when he espoused "Predestination". As his followers believe that. "Hook, line and sinker". To the "nth" degree, to this Today.
And all I can say; If I follow John...
    1. When I was an adulterer for over 70 yrs; it was caused by "GOD"!
    2. Every time I lied, God caused it. Etc!
    3. Thus every sin I committed (not to mention Abominable Sins) in my life; was caused by God.
Etc, etc and ETC! and Ad-infinitum! How sad. And this thesis came from the fact absolute; that since God created all things; then ANY thing a person does, thinks or says; God created that too. How Sad.
Yet I believe: this satan-led, Godless thesis' (of John Calvin); never realized the difference between "Predestination and Omniscience". Where Predestination KNOWS every thing in the future. AND...He also causes it to happen too; where Omniscience KNOWS every thing in the future; BUT...He never causes it to happen. Because He gave ALL of us "FREE-WILL"; from birth to death. Praise His Holy Name.
Thus...Jesus (who IS God) KNOWS every thing we think, does or says; from Creation. And He even wrote a book; called "The book of Life". And everything is in there. But listen kind Sir...He SEALED that book with 7 "Seals". Where the last (7th) Seal was not to be opened; until Judgment Day, by Jesus. Because...
He was found the ONLY "worthy one" to open that Seal. Yet, He knew what was in it, back, present and future; but He NEVER caused us to think, do or say anything. Because He let us do "good" deeds; OR "Sinful" deeds. With Heavenly perfect, consequences of course.
End of Story. Now kind Sir, If you feel this comment should not be here; Please delete it. Because YOU have the right to do that. And I will still love you in Jesus; for deleting any body's comment...
...In any case kind Sir, Please Pray OFTEN and Praise Jesus OFTEN; for He is the ONLY true "God Almighty"; there will ever have been. And may Jesus bless you and yours always. AMEN!
