What a great video for beginner stampers! OMG do i remember getting my first stamps and thinking “what is wrong with me?” How hard could it be? I was so discouraged! Then, I bought my first VersaFine ink! What a game changer. Stamping is an art in itself, and you are amazing! Thanks for all the extra tips! ❤

Lol, I managed to surprise you Nathalie :) I think is not very wide spread as it may damaged some of the stamps or all of them if not cleaned straight away :) 😘😘😘

Thank you for these two videos, even if I learned nothing new, it’s always nice to see all these good thecniques and to know that can find them among your videos 👍
A little anecdote : I also did not understand at the beginning why I could not properly stamp some of my new stamps, often more expensive! especially those of the brand All and create. no ink worked well...😟 I bought a stamping platform, it wasn’t great yet, I was desperate, then I bought other inks, clear Versafine it was already working much better, but when I finally invested in the "normal" Versafine and it’s not even a year old, I saw the difference, what happiness! it is an ink that is now indispensable! 🖤🖤🖤
Your video would have been very useful to me with the trick of the eraser 🙂

Lol, you see, the beginnings are hard :) I though some of the stamps I purchased were just simply bad :) Also, I know these videos are repetitive for a lot of crafters, but there are always some comments in which I am asked about stamping or techniques,s o I thought I will make a serie like that 😁😘😘😘

    Dear Asia
I love the different techniques you're showing! ❤️
But please don't use any alcohol on your stamps! 🙏🏻
They will be ruined after some time because the alcohol will dry out the stamps and make them hard. I got this tip from the known cardmaker Amy R from Prairie Paper & Ink. Also, if you can not find your eraser, you can use your fingers to rub over your new stamps. And if you do use an eraser, make sure it's not a sand eraser, like the Tombow.
Thanks for the 2 videos and the offer is much appreciated!
Thank you and Happy Bday! 🎉🥳
    Love from BE. ❤️

Dear Hilde, thank you so much for the comment and for watching! BTW- I try to use as little as possible al=cohol inks on my stamp, actually only if they are super dirty at the back. But I am messy crafter,s o more often then that I just leave them dirty :) I imagine alcohol is not good for them, I prefer to clean acrylic blocks this way :) Also- never used Tombo eraser on the stamps- like i said in the video some crafters says you can use fine grained sand paper! I would be afraid to do that! And anyway why for, if the eraser works so well :) BTW, there is another disocunt in my shop, not sure which one would be better for you if you decide to make an order. You will have to compare since the shop discount does not cover all the items ;) I can't afford anything beyond that anyway :) 😘😘😘

Thank you! I have crated for a long time but for some unknown reasons I just don’t stamp very much! I didn’t know about putting permanent ink onto a new stamp! Also I thought that the VersaFine would take a long time to dry on vellum and actually I thought you had to use stazon! Thank you for sharing your knowledge! I want to try stamping with the infusions because they are so cool and I bet that you are right and can get some really great results!!

Thank you Donna! Everybody jas sth they don't use often :) For me it's stencils, but since I am designing and selling them, I am forced a little to use them as well :) Try staping with Infusions and experiment! You will love it! 😘😘😘

Hi Lisa :) Thank you and yes, this stalpler is super-cute, but it does not work on watercolor paper and as you saw in the video, it does not go "deep"inside the paper, is rather made for borders :) At least mine is :) I still find is so cute, especially for vellum or any thin papers :) xx

Hi again👋, I'm still catching up!
I _have- used sandpaper to prime my new stamps 👀👀👀, I find it useful where there is a design I like but I want to make it a bit more grungy looking😶‍🌫. Otherwise, I use a rubber or sometimes just rubbed my fingers on them enough to get rid of the stickiness.
A technique I love using is "kissing" stamps. Like when you demonstrated the mirror stamping, but using the right side of it not the back to get both designs when you stamp on the page. It works well if use use a smaller design on a bigger, bold print.
Also, it's useful for people to know that the Tim Holtz/Ranger Distress inks are great for embossing with, both the original inks and the oxide inks are fab as they are slower drying than standard dye inks. And Versafine, as it's pigment ink is perfect for embossing with too. It means you can get coloured embossed stamped images without coloured embossing powders.
    As always, TFS 🥰😍😘

Attention en gommant les tampons ça peut les abimer en faisant effacer l’épaisseur donc l’empreinte , le motif , du tampon. Ça met arrivé sur plusieurs marques de tampons

      @LemonCreationART  3 месяца назад +1

Oui, merci, pour l'astuce; Je fait ca seulement sur la premiere utilisation et sur les miennes ca marche, mais je sais que il y a des tampons qui peuvent etre abime. xx
