I was going in for Brain Surgery he never held my hand, never talked to me…just played games on his phone. I asked him if he could please hold me I’m scared…he didn’t even look up. I am still with him, I have no where to go. But I’m dying now no time line just passing the days. I’m scared and lonely. Thank you for this reaction and I am so very happy you found her again…Love each other every single minute because you never know what’s around the corner. Peace and Love 💕💫✨

What a wonderful story! I sat here overjoyed when you said you found your way back to your girl! For me, this one has been hard. I love the song, and they did a great job, but the first time, especially, when I heard it, I sat in tears for nearly an hour. Old, old memories surfaced, of my (now ex-) husband, who never did get it figured out--even after 10 years of marriage). I thank God, now, for the man I call "my forever husband." We've been married for almost 36 years. What a world of difference.
Great reaction. Thank you very much, and thanks for listening twice. :-)

Powerful isn't it? And seeing it move a man like that really makes me feel good. Thank you very much. The message in this song is crazy important. Thank you to Austin for tuning into what most of us want, especially women, to be listened to, to be seen, understood. Instead of feeling like a piece of furniture. Just to be respected and fight for our love. The line "she's not alone, but she's a lonely girl" really says it all! Been there. Had to get out of a relationship like that to survive. Better to be ALONE than with someone and FEEL alone. Love the poster signs and that men and women are holding them. Again, thank you for your honest emotional story you told and happy you learned. That's what it is all about! Am sure your wife is feeling blessed that you did learn. Yeah, wow! This one hits a lot of us. Thank you.

I enjoy your reactions when you HAVE to immediately watch it again just to process... Their performances have SOooo much going on that it takes twice to catch everything - from the vocals, the lyrics, and the visuals - processing them together on a first reaction is almost impossible.

This makes 2 songs on this album that you have had to watch the video twice. And again, we could sit there and watch it a few more times with you if you wanted to. You have had a few "emotional" reactions lately and I think you need a good laugh. Here is one of the guys doing "Little Red Riding Hood" at their Patreon Party a few years ago ruclips.net/video/SyoFPMkd3nc/видео.html I'm pretty sure you will LOVE it. Any video that starts out with, "Who wants to hear a bass solo?" is going to be good. When the bass is Tim, it's going to be phenomenal!!

  • @sallymaria

Thank you so much for such a heartfelt reaction - it's a beautiful song with a powerful message and it's good see people responding to that. Now that the album's been released I don't know how long it will be until the next video comes out, but in the meantime I hope we can find some fun songs of theirs for you to react to. If you haven't got the Country Fried Pop Medley on your list, that's a fun one from their earlier days and I love their version of Sawyer Brown's Some Girls Do.

There's not a song on this album that I don't love. IMO- this is one of the best albums I've ever heard from anyone. Since they had a hand in writing these songs, I think they put more heart and soul into each song. I know they all seem to speak to me in a way that only songs from the 50's, 60's and early 70's have been able to do. I'm so glad things worked out for you, but maybe it made you a better man having gone through it. Thank you. And FYI- you can play it as many times as you want. We'll all just sit here and listen right along with you. Such a sacrifice, only not! ;)

Man... I can relate to this song... 13 years ago I met and dated an absolutely wonderful woman (college days, but still). We got engaged pretty early in our relationship, and while we were great to each other, about 18 months in our relationship fell completely apart. She crosses my mind every once in a while, but I have to remind myself she's now married (happily) with two kids. It took another 11 years AFTER that to be led to the woman I'm dating now. She's just as wonderful, and I'm not letting her go. I had to learn that lesson the hard way. Moral of the story, and probably the song: If you find someone you love dearly, hold onto them and never let them go, regardless of what friends and family say or do. FIGHT FOR THEM, even when the relationship gets rough.
