You are an incredible young lady to step forward to save this boy. The foster care programs have room for improvement. We were foster parents 11 years ago. We had a baby girl put in our home. She was 7 months old. 4 months later her sister was born. 20days later we have both girls. When it was time for adoption we proceeded . The system bounces kids from 1 home to another. Our girls grew up knowing they have a home. I wish more people would step forward like yourself to help these kids have a permanent home. Thank You
