transfer to pressure cooker
Add
water
Cook well
transfer to a heavy bottom pan
simmer on low flame

thin coconut milk
simmer on low flame until gravy thickens

thick coconut milk
bring it to boil
remove from stove
Add
cashew paste
mix well
For seasoning
heat a pan
Add
oil
mustards
let it splutter
Add
shallots
curry leaves
remove from stove
Add
pepper powder
pour the mixture on top of mappas.
