still waiting for all those feelings to stop, and maybe they never will, but in the meantime, I've got OLP to soothe me and Raine's voice to comfort me. 🖤
I grew up listening to this band, before I knew English or any language I would hear their music and love the sound. Now knowing the meaning, it brings me to cathartic tears. You are not alone.
2003..I was 15. Damn we grew up with some badass music...35 and still listening to it all..Love Our Lady Peace...Oh Johnny wishes he was famous...Pulls you in with the very first line.
I relate to the intro of the song so well, feels like it describes me exactly. Not just cause the name lol but I spend a lot of time alone in the basement trying to make videos grow a following online. being famous would be awesome, it's definitely something I'm striving for. Also I play some guitar here and there
where the hell's the guitar on the R coming from??? 1:30 I see one guitarist, one bassist, one drummer, one vocalist. where's that whole entire extra guitar coming from??? that's a shame, if it's just some poor tech in the back or something. or, even worse, pre-recorded entirely. doesn't sound like it, though. you can tell. it's a great song on the record, it loses much of its luster live, but not ALL of it. so that says something significant, I think. love that drum sound at the beginning, love the guitar intro. good stuff.
He's on the right, next to the drum set. He is probably brought on tour to fill out the song, but not "technically" part of the band. Creed did the same thing with Eric Friedman circa 2009.

Why would the feelings stop? Only after your dead will that happen
Here 2024. What a song. ❤
I miss the good old days of the alternative music
This should have at least 33 million views.
The final part Crowd Sing along was Magical & Euphoric 🙏🏻🤘🏻👌🏻
The best years of music
I wait can't for my daughter to grow up a little so I could introduce her to this kind of music
Start em young I say
Never too early. My daughter rocked out to nirvana, OLP, Staind, Seether, Creed, Blink182, The Used in the womb.
Did you do it
UNBELIEVABLY underrated band..
have loved this band since the 90s and always will.....!!!
Same.

Same here, I was 13 and in 8th grade when this live DVD was being filmed in Calgary and Edmonton, Alberta back in early 2003.

This song from OLOP had me stoking all over the years..
damn, his voice sounds even greater than in the album
Are you deaf
Definitely corrected in post. Watch any other live version of this song and he can't sing to save his life.
Miss these times 😅

Maida and the whole band aced this performance. Man what a voice, sounds so good here. Better than in the recording I would say.
