Agree, there are sub genres euro-electronica in its nascent form started off with Snap and Black Box and more proper trance by Orbital added in with s bit of prodigy rave carried the 90s by the early 2000 it was loads of European djs again bringing hits , but honestly up till 2003 it was great but downhill after that year

It's funny when I think of it. From childhood to my early 20s I only listened to hard rock and heavy/power metal. Then I discovered operas and classical for more than a decade and still love them on my 35, but because of time and lack of proper sound isolation I don't listen to them as much as I would. But during the Corona times the only thing I listen to are the Minogues, SEB, and other pop/disco/trance/house artists that my past self would have tried to avoid.
This video reminds me of when we were younger: The Day I swore I'd never cheat on Kylie. Well, I'd have failed because of Dannii royally. Kind of compliment. Only Minogue.
I remember seeing this video when it came out when I was 12 and thinking 'Is she saying "Check me out. I know everyone loves Kylie but look at me. Do you love me more than her now?"' I now definitely think I read too much into the lyrics haha.
