I also love stationary items lol , I buy a lot at cons! This is one of the reasons why i'm starting my own stationary art business so I can make my own as well. Love seeing your face!! I think it's really hard to get people coming to the shop so I've been watching lots of videos on how to market ourselves. It can be as quick as uploading a reel of your new products on insta, or going live on tiktok to show off some of your items (i've seen a youtuber have great success with this). Sending you lots of looooove
Thanks darling!! Always so excited to see you post and comment (both on my things and just on your own socials!!) 💟 Same! I’m currently doing a reset, planning content, watching a ton of videos, and working to get better at posting in general. It’s a lot but feeling good about every thing!
Love your videos, don’t worry it takes time to build a presence, be it you tube, insta or any other platform. Keep making, take it slowly and you will win through. I do punch needle also find it so calming. 😊
Thank so much I appreciate it 😊💟 learning to be kinder to myself and not stress myself out too much lol 😅 punch needling is so relaxing, I’m glad you love it too!
Loved the vlog!!! I loved all the designs you punch needled, but I’m sorry about the abc’s being backwards!! I was glad to know that it’s good to keep some space between designs. I am wanting to try punch needling soon (: and great job listening to your body and resting when you need!! Sustaining for the long run is what’s most important 😊
What yarn do you use? And what size do you keep your mina carin punch needle at? I would love if you could make a video explaining your punch needle tools/recommendations ❤️🙂
I have been planning on making one! I’ll make sure I do it soon! I don’t have one specific brand or type it mostly depends on where I can find colors that I like. I’m still experimenting with what’s my favorite but size 2 (sport) or 3 (worsted) weights have been the best for me with my fabric. I think everything except for my yarn is linked in the description but be on the look out for a dedicated video! I’m coming back very soon after my mental health break! 💟
Amazing video!! Your punch needle coasters are so cute. I also punch needle as well, working on making my own frame. Those hoops are not it! They move too much. Keep up the great work! ❤❤
Thank you so much!! 💟 The hoops are so hard to work with for no reason lol 😂 You’ll have to let me know how easy it is to make your own frame, I’ve always wondered. I bet your punch needle works look great!!
I use loops and threads mostly from Michael’s. They have a great color range. I’m always looking to try other yarns though. The key is the size of the yarn. Any thing that is DK (size 3/light worsted) or Sport weight (size 2) works best from my experience in the needle that comes installed. Not sure what size needle that is. Between that it’s all personal preference and test different yarn types to see what you like best 😊💟
I hope you all enjoyed this weeks studio vlog! 💟What are you all working on/crafting this week?
