May i ask if its getting cold inside like the refrigerator, cuz ours are not making ice, its just making a big bill of electricity lol
Hi I haven;t had any issues with mine. I actually let my friend use this to make ice for snowcones in the summer with no issues so far. It does say somethings in the manual about issues with high temp rooms. If your room is extra hot or if the unit cannot 'breath' to dissipate heat, or if water line going into the unit is not cold enough water, etc... Take a look at the manual and make sure your envirnment is ok first. Then if there are issues, then maybe just one defective unit. This can happen with any product. however, we had no issues to report.

What do the plus and minus sign buttons do? Also there is water dripping down where the ice is stored it’s just a little water dripping onto the ice is this normal? And great video thanks
Thanks for your comment. I think maybe the water dripping could be condensation if the air is humid. I didn't notice this on mine though. Maybe reach out to the number or email in manual and see what they think. I think condensation is most likely answer.

@@DrSoapHippo If it is hotter or colder, temperature in the room, the ice cubes may be larger or smaller because of this. Or if people are opening the door on unit often. The + and - will let you adjust how big the icecubes will be. So if they are too big and hard to break apart, you can hit the - button. If the ice cubes seem too small or incomplete, you can hit the + button.

Should there be a light inside where you harvest from. Its dark in there at nights. Please let me know.And should there be a tiny space around the door. I just bought one of these and the manual does not specify.
I think you need to press and hold one of the buttons for a few seconds to get light to turn on and off. Same thing changes the water inlet modes. I'm sorry it been a while.
