Class 50s 50007 + 50049 depart Bristol Parkway with the Mazey Day Cornishman rail tour 29JUN2024

50007 Hercules and 50049 Defiance are captured here departing Bristol Parkway bound for Dorridge on the return leg of The Mazey Day Cornishman rail tour to Penzance.
I was fortunate to spend the day on this train, brought back great memories of riding Hoover hauled BR mk2 coaching stock out of Waterloo - in the era when train travel was comfortable and a pleasure, not like now where it is mostly an uncomfortable chore.
The Mazey Day Cornishman was operated by GBRf on behalf of Pathfinder Rail Tours and the locos were provided by the Class Fifty Alliance.
