So to info Some people in comment section with half info. states already passed the UCC like utrakhand and may be more more. States are independent to adopt or not to adopt it.
And CAA is already passed.
For example:People from afghan (Sikhs) came on CAA.
Why smit shah didn’t remove Shaheen bagh, Delhi riots, Bengal riot but no emergency etc .

भाजपा को लोकसभा के साथ राज्यसभा में कभी भी एक साथदोनों जगहों पर बहुमत मिला ही नहीं है, फिर कोई कैसे कह सकता है कि उन्होंने महत्वपूर्ण मुद्दों से संबंधित मुद्दों पर कानून पास नहीं कराया। बहुत आसान है कमी निकालना, शिकायत तो बहुत करते हैं लेकिन बहुमत देने से डरते हैं। जिन मुद्दों को लेकर शिकायत की जा रही है, उसके लिए अकेले भाजपा का दोनों सदनों में अपना बहुमत होना बहुत जरुरी है। भाजपा के सहयोगी दलों के बल पर बड़े कानून नहीं बन सकते हैं। भाजपा कोई बड़े मुद्दे पर बिल लाए, और सहयोगी दल साथ न दे तो उसकी पूरे देश में किरकिरी हो जाएगी। भाजपा को लोकसभा में बहुमत मिलता है तो राज्यसभा में बहुमत रहता है। आनेवाले दिनों में राज्यसभा में बहुमत हासिल होने वाला है तो इस बार जनता ने लोकसभा में बहुमत नहीं दिया। इस बार जनता के पास सुनहरा अवसर था लेकिन अफसोस की बात है कि वो चुक गई।
