Knead the dough with your hands.
Form the dough into a ball.
Grease a bowl with vegetable oil.
Place the dough in a bowl.
Cover the dough with cling film.
Let the dough rise in a warm place for 1 hour.
The dough turned out well.
Place the dough on the table.
Press the dough down with your hands.
Roll the dough into a roll.
Divide the dough into 9 parts.
Form each piece of dough into a ball.
Cover the dough balls with a kitchen towel.

Everytime you cover your fermenting dough with a towel I think of my mother 65 years ago. How much trouble or love she went through to make us her bread. I can still remember the aroma. Добрый день. Я хочу найти рецепт выпечки, которую у нас называли пышечник или лепешечник. Внешне похож на круглый хлеб, покрытый крышечкой из простого теста, а внутри состоял из мягких кусочков теста, скорее всего их обмакивают перед выпечкой в смеси яйца со сливочным масло....но я точно не знаю...ела я такую прелесть в далёком детстве...это часто пекла бабушка...нижняя и боковые корочки были масляные и поджаристые... буду очень благодарна, если кто-то подскажет, как это приготовить. Всем всего самого доброго.
