- Everyone’s favorite guest is back for this week’s episode of Courtside with Courtney. Courtney’s mom Liz joins us for an honest conversation about comparison, leading with grace, and adult friendships. Courtney and Liz compare generational differences and Liz shares her most valued lessons. If you liked this episode you will LOVE Liz’s first appearance on episode one!
Let Liz talk without interrupting her!
Write that “Thank You” note and please, stop interrupting your guests! It’s increasingly hard to listen to you constantly talk over and interrupt your guests. Please, value what others have to say, and stop being rude.
What is the point of having a guest if you won’t stfu and let them speak? You just choose whatever relative or paid friend to have as a “guest” so you can talk about none other than yourself.
Let your guests talk and stop trying to grab all the attention. You need help the way everything has to be about you
I have the worst secondhand embarrassment listening to this...I don't even know what to say, seek help. For the sake of your daughter.
Stop with these podcasts. They are bad and everyone has heard enough of you talk about you.
Loved the topics that were covered! Totally agree with Liz on the respect for the older generation being lost. As a listener, I would like to hear the guest speak more to truly get 2 perspectives. I felt so bad for Liz all the times she was interrupted.
Did she just pick up the phone while her mother was talking? So disrespectful. Let your mother finish speaking!
It’s called Tall Poppy Syndrome! I think Katie Moyer talks about this on a podcast she did but it’s 💯 percent true!!
Please bring Liz back for another episode!!!! I loved this one!!!!
Yes i am 100% going to have her back on!
Only if you plan to actually let her speak. You're so rude and disrespectful to your mother and just want to lecture her@@CourtneyShieldss
You only talked about yourself for the first 7 minutes. Your guest speaker didn’t even have a chance to speak. 🥲
