I bought one in 2019. They now cost less than $50. They're ok, but a few games are missing some sounds. Galaxian and one or two other games make no shooting sounds, and i think one game is missing background sounds. Centipede and millipede don't play well with only a joystick, they should have a trackball. You can add a trackball if you wish. Space invaders does not play as well as the original because you are using a joystick to go left and right. The original machine had two buttons for left and right. It's much easier to control with the buttons. Other than that it's ok.
DonkeyKong jr is missing the sound that's made when u jump over an enemy. And when you hit Mario's hideout, the electrical sounds dissappear after you jump a spark. The gun.smoke plays very well and has perfect sound emulation
Shouldnt be a problem, you can usually draw power via the red, yellow, black power leads, if using a hacked PC power supply. In regards to the coin mechs, i just followed the Jamma harness diagram, and wired in accordingly. Pretty sure it was a green cable. hope this helps.
Hey quick question, Im building one of these for my dad for Christmas. Is there any reason to have two sets of buttons/joystick? Is there any two player mode where both sets is required? Im trying to figure this out in order to buy the correct amount of buttons. Your input would be very much appreciated. Thanks!
Luke Metz not at all man. One set of controls should be fine. I have this set up like that currently. There's no 2 player simultaneous games on this board.
Anthony Durant possibly. Ensure you have the earth black wires all running to every button and joystick too. It was a pain in the ass initially to set it up. But made sense later on. Good luck
This looks a bit choppy/stuttery in the video (PacMan the ghosts seem to momentarily freeze etc) Does it really do that or is it the video? The originals ran smooth at around 60 FPS.

@Transam4000 Sure did man. Currently have the MVS one slot in it. I recently got a cocktail cab I'm gonna fix up, so the 60 in 1 will go in that :)

@TheRetroactiveGamer After you cut the power, it will only save the number one hog heat score for each game. Sadly the initials disappear.
@1989gamemaster It's selection of games is way better than the 19 in 1. Classic stuff.

I'm having trouble with my controls the video and sound works fine but I'm not sure if I have to rewire tje controls to the jamma or what?

Id say its my shitty filming and crap camera. I havent really noticed any graphical glitches, or reduced framerates during play.
