ASMR stands for Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response. ASMR is a tingling sensation in the scalp and down the back of the neck. These tingles are a response to a specific gentle stimulus, often a particular sound. ASMR is often used for sleep and relaxation. Some people get tingles, and some people don't, and these videos can be relaxing either way! I aim to create a safe place for all that allows a state of well-being, sleep, and relaxation. Enjoy!

Thank you! I'm happy you are enjoying it. I wasn't as comfortable in this video as it was harder for me to visualize the body from the front but tried my best. But yeah the practice from the other videos definitely helped me through :)

Hi. Another really good vid, I did find it very relaxing. I admire how committed you are to your channel. Do you mind me asking a question, hope not? Are you at University/College, or do you work, or working full-time on the internet? Or, have I misjudged, and are you still a school kid? Hard to tell sometimes as everyone ages at different speeds. Take care.
Haha good question! I am going to college to be a therapist (mental health), currently in a master's degree. Wish RUclips was full-time though, that would be the dream. Even part-time would be huge to be able to invest more time into it all. But I do it as a hobby and interacting with our community is the best part and it's very fulfilling! Ah, my instinct was correct, you are in higher education. Obviously, I don't know you, but you come very much across the screen as a man who is sensitive, and compassionate, and if that has any basis in reality, I think you might be an excellent therapist. There is such a need for good mental health support these days. A very worthy career choice. I understand it would be wonderful to be able to earn a living from making online content, but I wonder how many actually succeed in reality? And while they may do well one year, if you have a mortgage etc to pay, you need to know you have an income every year. Once you have your degree and know what you are doing, you could always give an internet business a try in the future, because then you have something to fall back on should you need it. Just a thought! Good luck my friend.
Thank you those are really kind comments :) And very few succeed, and even if I did I'd still want to be a therapist as well. That's why if I could even do this part-time in addition to therapy it would be so amazing, but either way, it's a fun hobby to interact with everyone. That is a super cool idea! I don't know how I'd do it though, I would have to layer sounds over it during the video and it may be hard to make it look realistic. But I loove that idea so will have to think of something :)
I have seen others make the cracking sound with a empty plastic bottle, if it helps ☺️
