RAF Holbeach is an Air Weapons Range, one of only a few places in the UK where live firing from aircraft is allowed to take place. There are a range of targets out on the intertidal flats including an old barge as well as traditional targets. There is also a helipad and tower to control the range usage

The Chinook was my wife’s favourite aircraft.
It is a awesome chopper, think this is the 3rd time I seen it live firing. Awesome sight and sound. Though Holbeach was very windy that day
