Any SS Monte Carlo of the 1980's G Body Style , will always & forever be the epitome king of all muscle cars. Undeniably Classic & King. 💪👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍
I agree , this cars has a strong personality and style but the only thing I did not like is the size of the wheels , are smaller for the size of the car
Back when cars had style and could tell by looking a them what they were unlike the copy cat cars of today some don't even have the what the are on them as if they are ashamed to tell what it is
my 1987 aerocoupe has a bench seat. Shifter on steering column (were else) Got it GM certified 6000 miles when i got it 1990 !! Same color but its a aerocoupe ! T-tops...Just turned 21000 miles ! ! Still has factory original tires
Have you ever had any problems with the T tops leaking ? If so how did you handle the problem ? Congratulations for owning a Monte. Those cars are simply the best !!!!!!!
I just found my next beauty queen, sure it's just automobles but you have to admit for what it's worth I've been behind the wheel of this GEM,my sister owned an 84 Wich ran pretty good and in good shape,I worked for a Chevrolet dealership in Naperville, we did dealer trades,me and another employee had to shuttle serton vehicle from one dealership to another, I was behind off the wheel of a completely loaded burgundy red cloth interior power everything Monte corlo/SS it was Quick!!! I had to be careful, it wasn't, my car, but still nice...😍😀😉😊🤩😐😐😐...Frank m...
Q: Is it orignal for a mc ss to have the gear shift on the steering wheel for a 87. Asking because i seen one but all the other 87ss have seen has floor shifts? @BlueLineClassics
8th digit on VIN from left to right has to be a "G" thats how you identify a true SS , some came with the bench seat column shift or bucket seats floor shifter.
They came different alot ppl don't know what they're talking about. All SS didn't come bucket seats with power windows as long as the 8th digit is a G it's a true SS and that's a fact I had one with all power and one with bench seat with window crank both are true SS
antoine martin Although the 305 only made 175 hp, the car still felt really nice. 305 is a strong motor. 350 didn’t make that much more power and they didn’t put too many 350s in the Monte Carlo’s. Still bad ass car!
Car is soo beautiful you can see the clouds in it !❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
This was my first car back in high school.. same year, rims and color. I never fell out of love with it and it's been 25 years..

What color is that interior?
Is the car still for sale?
The SS is beautiful, but the cover on the headlight lamps would have to go.
Love the headlight covers. Would have to take them off at night though, not a problem.
so nice to see it still has the original Delco radio. aftermarket radios in this type of car are a huge turn off!
That mf so clean😱😍. Looks better with the headlamp covers
FLAWLESS.

Freddie Hill I believe all SS 's are floor shift.
8th digit on VIN from left to right has to be a "G" thats how you identify a true SS , some came with the bench seat column shift or bucket seats floor shifter.
1987 super sports had floor shift. LS had the column shift. If the columns on the shifter, is not a true factory SS.
They came different alot ppl don't know what they're talking about. All SS didn't come bucket seats with power windows as long as the 8th digit is a G it's a true SS and that's a fact I had one with all power and one with bench seat with window crank both are true SS
I feel the same way about the covers over the head lights yuck
If anybody dislike dis video.. #NuffSaid
Hate the 305 in Monte seem so weak 💯 I rather have a 350 or 383

antoine martin stroked out 383 would definitely be the way to go though...👍
Cheech Cappello none of the monte ss came with a 350 they all had the 305. The 305 was 180 hp and a 350 generally has about 100 more ft/lbs of torque.
I got one 87 monte Carlo as for sale
ss
u still got it
