How to install Ubuntu 22.04 LTS on VirtualBox 7.0.4 in Windows 11

Don’t use 22.04 it has serious problems and chose 24.04 where to graphic driver issues seemed to be resolved.

when i downloaded ubuntu into virtual box, and the screen came up to "try or install ubuntu", when i select it, it says "error invalid magic number... you need to load the kernel first". any idea how i can fix this?
