There’s a watershed in adulthood that makes or break you. Either sparkle gets water thrown on it or you somehow strengthen it. I think it’s because you can take a lot mistreatment as a teen and young person, probably it’s because it’s in the moment and life is coming at you so fast you can hardly process or even register how bad the bullying is affecting you. it’s like once your brain develops every bad memory has hindsight and context and its very sobering. You realize how deep the trauma went and how it informs your personality present day.

@@camm7985 I'm not saying she deserved to be bullied. I get it. Internet trolls are disgusting and cowardly keyboard warriors. My issue is that let's not absolve her of this. She knew what she was saying with intention - it backfired. I'm not saying she deserved to get bullied but I'm also looking at this rationally as to how she participated in this and how her behaviour on the show was toxic and unfair to Jimmy. And how she broke his trust - was she not thinking then either? It's called accountability.
@@camm7985 That makes no sense - if you're in a context where dialogue is pretty much your only form of connection within a room - along with journaling, it would only enhance your capacity to tell the truth, thus making a lie, like the one she told, very intentional. Her behaviour outside the house was analogous to her lie (or as you put it, something said without thinking that hard about it). She's an adult with agency. She made a conscious choice to use a tactic to get the person she wanted - I'm not saying others wouldn't do that but if you're going to lie about something that, you set yourself up for consequences. Stop coddling her as if she were a child who doesn't understand her behaviour. She's a manipulator.

Well.. it is misleading based on body shape, etc and was a poor choice being on a show that isn’t centered on looks. It likely made her more desirable to the dude who ultimately chose her. She looks like a distant relative of Megan fox.

Never watched love is blind myself but I know who Chelsea is now after the controversy etc.
I do think from the nose up she does definitely resemble Megan (before Megan had work done) I think she received a lot of unnecessary backlash. Megan’s response was really sweet, and before I get mean comments about her “having work done”, it’s not meant to be a mean comment. Megan recently did an interview where she openly admits she has had work done.

I really wish uptalk or whatever they're calling it these days, never existed! It's so hard to tolerate listening to these people speak with these tones nowadays! It was so easy to listen to Megan talk before she started with this trend. Can someone please ban this trend for history already!? It's absolute torture to have to listen to. Please make it stop!? I still love Megan, and I don't mean any disrespect to anyone, but there are people in this world who suffer from neurological and neurophysiological conditions that affect how a person's brain sensory processing responds to sights, sounds, touch, smell and taste. I just want to raise awareness about these issues because I feel like the world needs to be more aware about the reality of neurodivergence and how what might seem like the most minor issue to some, can be the complete opposite for others.
