Not sure ,ma'am is going to see this message however, you are doing a great job.!!! I have ADHD and I struggle with focusing on academics. I have tried various YTB Channels before I found yours. Your way of explanation, giving examples and analogies are simple to understand. I watch your videos without getting distracted. Your voice is so sweet.❤❤❤ I want to say a lot but let me brief it up by saying ' Thankyou' ❤❤❤
Oh, WOW! This is the nicest comment ever...this one is getting screenshotted for sure! 🥰 I'm so glad you're enjoying the videos. Thanks for taking the time to drop such a nice note. Cheers! 🤓🌟🙏
AWS can be intimidating. I love how you break down the AWS services to make them very easy to understand. I followed your tutorial on building a chatbot using Amazon Lex and i was surprised that i was able to built a working chatbot and deployed it to slack (Claude Sonnet helped in the slack deployment part.)
Thanks for the nice comment, @fahadbawazir562! 🙏🌟 Glad you're enjoying the videos. And yes, I'm doing my best to keep things updated...it's not easy with all the UI updates! 🤓😊
Thanks for the kind words!! 🥰 For this, I was using my root account so I could create the IAM users. But after creating the users, you should switch to using one of them instead. 🤓🌟
Hi carole! 👋 Sorry for the slow response! At the moment, I'm only doing AWS. I might add AWS/GCP content in the future...I just need to find the time. But thanks for the suggestion. I'll consider this an up-vote! 🤓
Hey amber thanks for sharing this video, also i want to ask can i use WSL( Windows Subsystem for Linux) to learn Linux and install docker, ansible etc and in future to make run cloud project on this. does this affect my learning ?
IAM is an absolute nightmare. Their documentation is almost always out of date (or at least what Google finds) and there's nothing to explain why I have to open 15 tabs to get anything done.
@@TinyTechnicalTutorials Anyway, thank you VERY MUCH for posting this updated video. It was a lifesaver -- when AWS's own documentation is out of date, it's really hard to get something done, when that thing is really just in the way of getting done what you really came there to accomplish.
🎼 Life's not worth a damn 'til you can say, IAM what IAM 🎶 ...which I now can, thanks to another fab video! PS. I'm adding D'Oh alongside Yay! on my list of things I'm here for. Just as feedback, after watching I do have questions based on what was said about being able to assume roles temporarily - ruclips.net/video/hAk-7ImN6iM/видео.htmlsi=x529GHKe_SvFywpz&t=366 I'm going to assume a user (or entity) can't just assume a role with extra permissions unilaterally - rather that some other entity with greater permissions has grant that role. Also, is it common practice that a role would be granted to perform some action and then removed once done, making it temporary? I appreciate you already covered a lot, and can't go into everything - but that's just my lingering questions. Thanks again.
I think I should start my next IAM video by singing this: 🎼 Life's not worth a damn 'til you can say, IAM what IAM 🎶 😄🤣 You're right...you can't assume a role just because you decide to assume it. You have to be granted permissions to do that. And as luck would have it, I do have another quick video about that: ruclips.net/video/BfE2G-fsBNU/видео.html. 🤓 The default time session duration when you switch roles is 1 hour. There are some more details here: docs.aws.amazon.com/IAM/latest/UserGuide/id_roles_use_switch-role-console.html. Hope that helps! Love that you're deep-diving on all of this...it's important in AWS world! 💪🔥
What else do you want to learn about AWS? Let me know below in the comments! 🤓🤓

man - how come 19 mins passed so quickly - damn you are good - Thank you
Ha! Time flies when you're having fun in IAM. Glad you enjoyed it! 💪 Thanks for watching and for such a nice comment! 🙏🔥🌟
Very easy to understand. Thank you.
Yay!! I'm so glad it helped. Thanks for watching! 🙏🌟🤓

you are a gem.....nope sorry, you are a gold jewel whose value is increasing every day
Awwwww...this might be one of the nicest things anyone has ever said to me! THANK YOU!! 🥰✨🙏

Thanks for including this 😊
Absolutely! Thanks for watching! 🙏🌟🤓
Hi Amber, i have seen both old & updated IAM videos, good job done, please if you could update all the topics that will be useful & helpful ad well.
Thanks for the nice comment, @fahadbawazir562! 🙏🌟 Glad you're enjoying the videos. And yes, I'm doing my best to keep things updated...it's not easy with all the UI updates! 🤓😊
Hi can you please make a video on how to migrate ssis package from on premise SQL server to AWS RDS SQL server database
I'll add this to my list! Thanks for the suggestion! 🙏✨🤓
Once again, another amazing video. I was wondering if you did all this from the root account or from an admin account?
Thanks for the kind words!! 🥰 For this, I was using my root account so I could create the IAM users. But after creating the users, you should switch to using one of them instead. 🤓🌟
Do you teach IAM using other platforms other than AWS?

I had issues with IAM and IAM IC. The programmatic access option directs to creating an IAM IC user, instead of an IAM one, which is confusing.
Ahh, yes! Amazon seems to be pushing us towards the Identity Center option. 😐

15 tabs?! 😢

Thanks for the nice comment, @kcrusch! Yes, it's hard to keep up with all the changes! 🤓😐 Glad it helped.

Absolutely blasphemous on AWS part.
😐
@TinyTechnicalTutorials I AM is a biblical reference to God. I would have avoided that abbreviation.
Ahhh, got it!
