OSU SHIHAN Cameron as with last week a great session on sanchin kata this week great advice on doing katas in sanchin and kokutsu dachi for people with older knees hips lol many thanks for sharing and thanks to Mitch as well OSU
Shihan, some of the best karate content on the web especially Kyokushin! I was a student of Sensei Robert Fabrey, who was a branch chuef Instructor from Pennsylvania from 1976 until about 1982 .
Osu Shihan Cameron and Sensei Mitch! I have a request, could you show the white cotton gloves you wear under your pads? No matter what I do my knuckles get friction tears unless I wrap them. Also, could you show us a tutorial on your hanging punching sandbag? Like about how much should it swing when you punch it, advantages over a traditional makiwara (that gives, not too bendy and not too rigid). Thank you soo much from California USA
Brilliant! (As always!).
After having practiced Sanchin - thought about it - and then this… this is a present to those who practice!
Osu!

I'm sure we’ve even talked about it Mac. Makes a lot of things possible when the legs decide to stop playing!
