- Less than two days after the arrest, the Atlanta Police Department released the body camera footage of Douglas County probate Judge Christina Peterson being arrested
The one thing is her behavior in the car and at the Police station.
Failure to identify. Verbally abusing Law Enforcement.
There's more that doesn't add up to her story. The body cam footage revesls she has no business in a court room.
Absolutely correct. I lost track of the number of officers who tried to reason with her over the 2 1/2 hours. I honestly don’t know how officers deal with this everyday.

Pushed or punched, both are still a physical act to attempt to obstruct the officer. Also, as a judge, she should know that prosecutors don't always go to court with all the charges the police bring them. They booked her for disorderly conduct. After reviewing the footage and the officers' statments, the DA probably decided there was more clear evidence of battery on a PO and obstruction/interference.

Someone needs to clean out the who court system in the Metro Atlanta area. Every one of them I have seen is completely corrupt. Check out the Judge in the Young Thug case taking people into custody for knowing he did something illegal/immoral and refusing to tell how they knew. And Aunt Fanny hiding money and refusing to tell how she got it. I feel for the citizens.
This is bad but check out some of her incompetent rulings on a significant number of cases. She need not be a judge anymore
