  • It was shown how a conversion of LST files prepared in Boost for a Trumpf machine can be converted to a Bystronic machine.
The process is 100% automatic because on the server the converter monitors the transfer directory for the source machine and when a new LST file is released by the programmer the converter automatically makes the conversion from LST to BVC.
It was also shown how to load the BVC in the BySoft for checking.
Since TruTopsBoost does not support the engraving of residual sheet descriptions, we were able to complete this functionality with the help of an NC file converter application.
The video shows how to get an engraved residual sheet dimension.
The place and content of the engraved information can be practically controlled.
This was shown in another video on this portal: • LST Konwerter współpr...
This time the task of the converter is to analyze the LST file and insert the TC_LABEL instruction in the appropriate position. Depending on the machine's capabilities, the TC_LABEL instruction will be able to be appropriately interpreted by the machine as text or as matrix code, or additionally converted by the converter to explicit engraved text as a sequence of appropriate G-codes for machines that do not support DotMatrixCode.
Of course, this functionality also works with TruTopsLaser software.
