    Philosophy isn't a science. Rather, you wish it was a science, perhaps because you want the same esteem that scientists have, I know not. But as soon as you start pushing it towards it, it isn't really philosophy anymore, it becomes math. Philosophy is an incubator of sciences, humanities and even religion and spirituality in some sense, it preceeds them. You can't smuggle something like that to be a subordinate of sciences. To begin with, the point of philosophy is not to be precise in all matters, it's to be an origin of thinking in the broadest sense. Then you use science or art to deepen our knowledge. If you commit the incestuous step of calling philosophy science it becomes a shadow of itself.
