Not that it matters, but Ailee is not fat, she just is not part of the standard of Korean beauty that worships persons super skinny like Nana or Sooyoung. Ailee spent part of her adolescence in the United States, then learned to live with the feed mode of the people there. And I do not think she's trying to be Beyonce, but she is admittedly influenced by Beyoncé, then it is obvious that her music will sound like her inspirations, but Ailee is a diva by herself.

Whether you are under-, over- or normal-weighted, exercise is always good and builds up muscle mass. you don't have to cute back or add up on food, just drinking and exercising a lot is good. (IT RHYMED) You don't even have, or actually you shouldn't overexert yourself. Just start very slowly, I'm running 30 min daily and will slowly increase the duration. If you don't feel like exercising, you should try tho, bc after workouts you will feel BLESSED AF GOOD LUCK
