Yes, I ended up going with Mishimoto intercooler. I got a great deal on it and price was good.

Yes I got the Evo X one and did not have any issues. Make sure you have after market upper and lower inter cooler pipes, otherwise this inter cooler will not work with stock ones.

I need them too. I think they are called, inner fenders, inner fender well or fender liner.
