Hollie, I love the sofa in front of the fireplace. If it were me I’d place matching chairs opposite one another and use the ottoman as an ottoman/table in front of the sofa and move it forward a little and centered with the sofa so the furniture layout resembles a square, if that makes sense. That way you can still utilize the ottoman when needed by both the sofa and the chairs but you have balance in the space with the fireplace. I feel this gives a place for the eye to rest and creates a cozy space for visiting and watching tv. Always looking forward to your next video!

I’d swap rooms. LR & DR.. the DR is larger for LR furniture.. and put the DR furniture in that space.. it’s furniture you can always swap. The LR will always be hard to get furniture due to no walls.. all the walk through spaces and openings, it is always going to be a challenge. Swap em. 😊
I would do Away with the chairs all together and add a bunch of the Modulars to make one big sectional. You could leave the cute chair by the tree and one giant sectional for a super cozy, comfy look. The two chairs make it look cluttered (even though they are beautiful chairs) and they draw your eye away from the focal point of the room which should be your main seating area.
I like the couch facing the fireplace. The Xmas tree at the window, and the chair to the side of the tree. I'd ditch the ottoman and put a small round coffee table. I'd get another stripped chair to match with the other one. Better balance! Good luck!🎄
