I agree with you, Dune is a great cinematography, but it also includes the Blade Runner 2049 that I also liked its futuristic style

What I love about Denis is that he makes every shot count!

Denis Villeneuve is one of the most surprising directors of the last decades and he became my favorite director, along with Christopher Nolan (but it is not necessary to compare the two). A visionary of portraying human emotions with visually compelling images. From Quebec to now Hollywood.
Denis is definitely my personal #1 of all time to date. He is a master of the craft and unique amongst a common model.
Man...he’s too good to direct a Star Wars film

Blade Runner: 2049 and both DUNE films are the best cinematography wise.
A huge disservice for completely forgetting his first two films which truly deserved to be here at the end of the day they laid the groundwork for everything else. Excellent work though.
