It’s very stressful in the beginning. It’s a lot to learn and feeling helpless is something I’m still currently struggling with the most, but I wish you the best of luck in training!
@@carlosavila_zb5768 It was really challenging for me until a month. I messed up alot but now Im improving. You really need to be patient sometimes the other partners will get angry when you did a mistake. now im good with the pastry and frappucino except espresso and register.

@@theconfidentcanine Thank you for asking I was like always want to be RUclipsr doing video.like what you doing everyone say it easy and that all you have to do is make video just post it but I know that it not simple as that because there much more then just upload a video I my self did that and I’ve tried to edit video I’ve watched one video on it and seems it doesn’t work out for me in the past if someone posted a video on how to edit a video take you through the steps how to edit a video I be interested in that my self but I’m much more a car person my self I came cross your RUclips channel because Jared shout your RUclips channel out on awp which I be following for several months or could be more if your interested you can check out few my video I have posted on my RUclips channel that I’ve tried to go down that I guess I give up on trying to be that but anyway sorry about that if I carry on too much but I soo motivated by watching RUclips video and watch people grow there channel it saying im asking for handout which im not like that im from Perth Western Australia and I have no one to reach out to where im from if you want someone to show you or teach you these basic things you have to paid for it but on RUclips has video that shows how become a RUclipsr .
I have a virtual interview Monday! I managed at a restaurant & I currently work as a bartender at a golf club so hopefully it isn’t too bad for me! Still nervous
i did a interview yesterday at one of the starbucks locations i had applied for, and the manager told me how she had other interviews to do and that she’ll call on Monday to see who is moving forward; and i have another starbucks interview today also at another location near me ( i talked to the manager on tuesday, she did a quick interview on me and asked if she can do a interview with me today and ah tbh i’m really comfortable talking to her after that quick interview. ) i hope it goes good, right now i called another starbucks location and one of the workers told me how they’ll tell their manager about me since i left my name and phone number to them. ah :(. i’m anxious
@@theconfidentcanine thank you! i just hope i can get the barista job position because i know my twin sister has been working at starbucks for 3 - 4 years now and she’s always encouraged me to apply and keep applying because she basically taught me what they do since she’s a barista at one of the locations here where we live ( right now she lives in long beach so she works over there now ), and she’s confident that i can get a job there. i hope everything goes good in all honesty

@@brencyxkills Yeah! I would call and ask if you could speak to the manager & just be straightforward and let them know you applied. They will appreciate your effort and it will show you are serious about wanting the job. I hope this helps :)

It depends on your availability as to when you work. I was only able to work weekends, so it was broken up for me. Starbucks training is a monthly process, so the more often you work the better
I started training and didn’t have a trainer so I only did the modules and I didn’t get a apron or a new hire kit so I have to start training over again with my trainer
@@kurtreyes6145 DTO and window is actually my favorite 😭😭 it’s my happy place out of all the stations. Cold bar is a nightmare and front is boring. I love being on DTO

Are your training days back to back? Like did you go in every day for a training week or was it broken up?
