Been doing this Meipadam for 8 days now. When I began didnt realize that these simple movements can do so much - cardio, sculpting, activate unused muscles, activate both hemispheres of the brain and much more. First 2 days were tough, soreness and to keep up non-stop for 30 mins, with such simple movements. The breath helps to keep up. Body just loves this. I would love to learn more and bring this art to everyone, especially during these times, when we need physical and mental strength. Thank you for teaching and reviving this ancient Tamizh art.

Takes time to keep up with the pace & most importantly detoxes your entire system relieving all your built-in stress. Most beneficial when performed outdoors under sunlight.
