    Been doing this Meipadam for 8 days now. When I began didnt realize that these simple movements can do so much - cardio, sculpting, activate unused muscles, activate both hemispheres of the brain and much more.
    First 2 days were tough, soreness and to keep up non-stop for 30 mins, with such simple movements. The breath helps to keep up. Body just loves this. I would love to learn more and bring this art to everyone, especially during these times, when we need physical and mental strength.
    Thank you for teaching and reviving this ancient Tamizh art.

    Namaskaram master. I have been doing this two to three times a week since 4 to 5 moths. I realized how tight my body is. I’m grateful to you for sharing such an immense and forgotten knowledge. I would like to sincerely request you to more meipadam exercises for lower back and legs too... thank you very much!

    Hi. I have been doing 'Mei Padam' for 2 months now. This is a very effective workout by both relaxing & strengthening your muscles, ligaments, and joints. Takes time to keep up with the pace & most importantly detoxes your entire system relieving all your built-in stress. Most beneficial when performed outdoors under sunlight.

    Wowww, super master. அருமையான workouts than it seems. I had slight difficulty in breathing,but இந்த workouts பாதி video செஞ்சதுமே I'm feeling free to breathe. Now i can able to breathe to full capacity.

    I am practising it. Great workout for all the organs. It cleanses the lungs strengthens the body. It gives more flexibility.

    Thanks Master, this was very interesting. It was a challenge to keep up with all your movements but I will work on it.
    Question, should this exercise be done daily as a warm up, or is it a substitute for the karalakatti?

    It's bit difficult to do this exercise initially, as person forget to when to breathe in and breathe out. By practicing on regular basis this problem can be overcome .

    வணக்கம் .இதில் சில ஸ்ட்ரோக் 27 தடவையும் ,சில 54 தடவையும் ,சில அதுக்கு மேலையும் உள்ளன .இது சரியானது தானா இல்லை 27,54,108 தடவைக்கு நெருக்கமாக உள்ளதுக்கு மாற்றி செய்யலாமா .மிக்க நன்றி
