অর্পিতা, মোটামুটি ভালো লাগলো তোমার এই recipe টা। 'Like' করলাম, যেরকম তুমি চেয়েছিলে। দু একটা কথা বলি, জবাব দিয়ো কিন্তু :
পনেরো থেকে কুড়ি মিনিট ফোটালে শেষ পর্যন্ত। বাড়িতে একটা pressure cooker ছিলোনা কি ? Gas তো অনেকটা বাঁচতো তাহলে !!!
একটু দই দিলে ভালো হতোনা, marinate করবার সময়ে ? সাধারণতঃ দই তো ব্যবহার করা হয়ে থাকে যে কোনো মাংসের রান্নাতে !!!
