No Bake Lotus Biscoff Cheesecake Recipe | Easy Lotus Biscoff Dessert | Cookie Butter Cheesecake

In this video I show you how to make a no bake lotus Biscoff cheesecake. This Biscoff cheesecake is eggless, halal and can be made 2 different ways.
Ingredients:
400g Lotus Biscuits - Crushed
160g Butter - Melted
300ml Double Cream
400g Full Fat Cream Cheese
200g Biscoff Spread
75g Caster Sugar
3 Tbsp Melted Biscoff - Optional
Decoration:
200g Melted Biscoff Spread
Crushed Lotus Biscuits
2 Whole Lotus Biscuits
