Glad you found it interesting. I didn't think the videos would get many views as it's kind of a niche subject but a few people have watched them so I think it was worth doing. I thought your 3D printed clock was very cool 👍👍👍

Very good series Alan. I learned quite a lot. The last one was very interesting. The adjustable wick similar to a storm lantern was to be expected I guess. I watched a very interesting video on how those lanterns work and it is quite a sophisticated design - more to it than you think. The many flavours of thermo dynamics. Cheers Rob

Thanks Rob. I'm glad you found them interesting. The Marklin ones are very different but they work well. I do like your meths burners, the pot with the wick tube/tubes coming out the side. Anyway, I think I've flogged this horse quite enough for now 😂 Cheers, Alan.

Do you mean the Technology Connections channel video? It was (always is) very interesting.

Hi Paul. Thanks for the comment, I really didn't think anyone would watch these but a few people have so that makes it worth while doing them. Looking forward to your next workshop video. Cheers, Alan.

Do you know, do the vapuorising and wick burners burn at the same temperature?

That's a good question, no I don't. Unfortunately I don't have any way of measuring the flame temperature.

That Marklin burner had only a poor excuse for a handle
